If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I ordered delivery of flowers from O'Brien's but gave them the wrong address by mistake. They made sure to contact me multiple times until I got back to them with the correct address, after which the delivery was completed. Excellent customer service!
